Why Iโ€™m f*cking great at what I do

empowerment Nov 05, 2021

There are a lot of coaches out there and it can be hard to tell which one is right for you.

Here’s what sets me apart:

I know what it's like to be where you are.

I worked for Google for seven years and for five of those I knew my career path was not in the corporate tech world.

I know what it's like to finally achieve real financial security and simultaneously know it's not the right fit.

I'm a high-achieving people-pleasing perfectionist in recovery. Since I was a kid I've been praised for being meticulous, diligent, and a good lil rule follower. (insert curtsy emoji)

Fun fact: I regularly signed myself into detention in high school so I could focus and get more work done ๐Ÿ™ˆ

For much of my life I did waaaay too much without even realizing it. I worked full-time while getting my master's and was confused why I was burned out, exhausted and ill...

I'm really sensitive. It's hard for me to focus on myself when I'm around other people – hence the voluntary detention ;)

I got shamed for being sensitive as a kid, which perhaps led me to double down on my tough-independent-girl-who-can-do-anything persona and apparently people like that because I wrote my one and only college essay for early-admission to Stanford about hiking the Grand Canyon in middle school when I was a teeny tiny thing and men leading pack mules kept stopping my mom and I on the trail to make sure we were okay.

And yes, I'm white, straight and grew up with a lot of unearned privilege.

My dad died when I was in my mid twenties. I know grief and I know the growth that is possible through it.

I'm a double Leo, enneagram 3 and a manifesting generator but at the same time can be pretty shy. I'm an achiever through and through and am pleased to say I am finally at a place in my life where I don't feel ruled by it anymore!

I'm really fucking good at what I do. I know this because clients regularly tell me that I'm really fucking good at what I do. Folks who have worked with other coaches, are coaches themselves or have been to years of therapy tell me this.

Half of my clients have been with me for over a year now – I hear that kind of retention is rare in this industry

I have over 1,000+ hours of training in coaching and development.

I have a master's degree in integrative health and wellness coaching. I'm a certified sex, love and relationship coach and a certified women's empowerment coach.

I am not a therapist. I am not a career coach. I am not an executive coach. I'm something entirely different.

People like working with me more than anything because it helps them feel better, more open, joyful, connected and happy. And isn’t that the freaking point!?

Wanna find out if I'm for you? I have 2 x 1:1 coaching slots left at my discounted rate. Here’s my booking link – let’s get on a call!
